As stated prior, we provide New Mexico (and out of state) with tailored SWPP plans of all shapes and sizes for any client.
Free consultation: Give us a call, email or invite us into your office to consult with you about your SWPPP needs. Whether you know you need a plan and what aspects you require or have no idea what SWPPP stands for, no question is out of our capacity to help you get the coverage you need.
NOI: We will walk you through step by step on obtaining the Notice of Intent required for your job site. This step can be complicated but a phone walk through or an office visit will ensure you have your NPDES number in no time.
BMPs: We rent, sell and install BMP controls, primarily compost wattle for any site. This versatile tool is right for just about any job you can think of and is vastly superior to straw wattle. We also sell silt fence, wash-out signs and other erosion control materials. We also offer mesh perimeter fence and silt fence.
MSGP: Multi-Sector General Permits are available for your industrial site.
Inspections: Every site requires documentation for the SWPPP plan. This means site inspections every 14 days (or seven if required) where we come personally to your site during business hours for a comprehensive look around to ensure compliance. We will then consult with you the builder or the site superintendent to address any issues that may have arisen.
On and off site training: While SWPPP can be daunting it’s important to know the basics of what goes into our inspections. That way on the days we are not on-site you can have the tools and know how of maintaining site compliance.
Notice of Termination: When all is said and done, your client has moved in and happy as can be, the earth around the site should be restored to its original beauty. At this point, we will walk you through your NOT to “close out” your job site from the EPA perspective.
